What a fun contest! We had 52 entries. I received many kind messages—thank you!
It was really tough to choose only three winners … so I picked nine.

The numbered papers were randomly folded and placed in a box…
I chose four Sorta-Grand Prize Winners…
Then five Less-Grand Prize winners.
The trouble is, though many people indicated which prize they’d prefer (mostly my homespun yarn—thank you again), NONE of the people whose names were chosen indicated which prize they’d prefer! [Update: Oops, I made a mistake. ONE person indicated their preference.]

Sorry to say, you didn’t win one of the prizes–boo hoo! I wish I could award 52, but not sure I have enough stuff (well, surely I have enough woven squares). Postage could get prohibitive. I notified the winners by email.

Hi Denise, I’m not sure I have the winners’ permission to post their names; I didn’t think to ask them that in the emails I sent out. But they’ve all been notified and I’ve heard back from all of them, so the prizes will be mailed very soon.
